Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience managing Digital Marketing / SEM campaigns.
  • Have experience in setting up and optimizing all Google Adwords Campaign & Facebook Ads
  • Have knowledge on Doubleclick, Kenshoo, Marin & similar platforms is a plus.
  • Experience in performance based digital marketing campaign
  • Have demonstrated knowledge of digital industry best practices.
  • Have hands-on knowledge of best practices in SEM & a proven track-record of delivering qualified traffic from both an acquisition & conversion standpoint.
  • Resident expert in CPC, CPM, CPV, & Display marketing technologies & channels.
  • Have working knowledge of Google Analytics, conversion tracking, e-commerce, & the interplay of PPC/SEO.
  • Have proven copywriting & editorial skills.
  • Have analytical skills with ability to drive meningful actions from large data sets.
  • Have fundamental knowledge & experience with web analytical tools & interfaces (Google Analytics &/or Piwik preferred).
  • Able to multi-task & prioritize in a fast-paced & dynamic work environment.
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented person who focus on quality of results.
  • Team player who has the ability to communicate effectively, methodical/analytical thinker, innovative, self-motivated.
  • Willing to take ownership of the channel & be accountable for his/her work.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Descriptions

  • Set up dan optimize all Google Adwords & Facebook/IG Campaign
  • Identify trends and insight, and optimize performance accordingly
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize Adwords Campaign
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing Campaign and asses against goals.
  • Optimize search campaigns to increase traffic, conversions, revenue.
  • Work with the Analytics team to evaluate current campaigns & implement improvements.
  • Work with the Design team to implement A/B & multivariate testing.
  • Manage day-to-day Digital marketing activities across multiple search engines.
  • Manage day-to-day Display & Remarketing campaigns across multiple search engines & Facebook.
  • Research keyword (discovery & expansion), review/edit/test ad creative or copy.
  • Grow & optimize our keywords portfolio through testing (A/B & Multivariate) with ad copy, landing pages, bidding strategies, negative keywords, etc.
  • Forecast future performance based on past performance.
  • Drive continued innovation & best practice implementation.
  • Stay current with new advances in search engine marketing, competitive landscape, & keyword research.
  • investigate new paid campaigns, platforms, & strategies constantly
