Job Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience working in digital content creation
  • Proficient in language and writing, both English and Indonesian
  • Have proven work experience as an editor
  • Hands on experience with MS Office, Google Drive or other online management systems and tools.
  • Have basic knowledge of SEO and Digital Advertising
  • Familiar with content management systems
  • Ability to work independently and in team, high accuracy and detail oriented.
  • Willing to work hard, overtime and under pressure.
  • Highly self motivated with the ability to work under pressure and quickly adapt to any situations.
  • Ability to set priorities and allocate resources effectively to focus on critical tasks
  • Honest, Intelligent, good Interpersonal skills, good team work, good problem solving skills and independent.
  • Ready to work in tight deadline.

Job Descriptions

  • Create content brief for Content Writer.
  • Arrange monthly content delivery timeline.
  • Assign content plan task and content creation task to writer.
  • Develop story and content ideas while being mindful of the audience
  • Review and edit content plan and content (blog article), including make sure that the articles are appropriate to the brief and the goal of the campaign.
  • Rewrite copy to make it easier for readers to understand
  • Verify facts using standard reference sources
  • Plan the content of digital media and publications according to the editorial policy
  • Create weekly content creation recap.
  • Handle the management and administration task within Content Writer Team.
  • Make sure that target achievement of articles quantity produced monthly by the writer achieved.
  • Make sure that Daily Operation Content Writer Team is performing well.
  • Create Content Writer Team performance report.
  • Prepare creative content material according to brief and campaign goal of each client.
  • Assign creative content material for Creative Development Team.
  • Review the creative contents, including infographic, slides, and video.
  • Coordinate with creative developer in creative content producing, as well as make sure that the creative content are appropriate to the brief and goal of the campaign.
  • Handle the administrations task to support the job.
  • Assess Content Writer applicant.
  • Create Creative Ads Wording material.
  • Create/translate script for InboundID YouTube channel program
  • Ready to be assigned to any special project.
  • Attend coordination meetings with Account Manager Team and clients when needed.
